First of Many (possibly) by Fox Sports West
So we’ve hit the trifecta on our first three Broadcast Fail posts: NHL Network, Versus, and Fox Sports West. I estimate that FS West will have the most entries by the end of the season, if not just for the fact that it’s what we match most often. But Versus IS really bad. So you never know.
Apologies for the poor quality of the screen shot- but the text is all you need to see.
The graphic says that Dan Hamhuis, the newly acquired defenseman for the Vancouver Canucks, got a 2 minute minor penalty for boarding.
The problem was that this was the broadcast of the Kings vs. Calgary Flames, and Dan Hamhuis was not in the building.
NOR DOES HE PLAY FOR THE KINGS.
Hell of a start for FS West as well.
