Wayne Gretzky is the Greatest Athlete Ever.
The broadcast failures I have witnessed are usually just a player’s name spelled wrong, a wrong picture in a graphic, a wrong team logo; something simple that was merely overlooked at the last second.
I don’t even know how something like this can happen.
This was some CSN broadcast of a college football game between Florida International and Louisiana Monroe.
Including a picture of a player who is retired from a different sport THREE times has to be somebody screwing with someone.
Or, maybe he is just that great. After all, that guy does have every record.
